ACTFreeStudyGuide.com does not require an account, name, or email address. Your practice progress (answers, checked techniques, essay scratchpad) is stored in your own browser using localStorage. It stays on your device and is never transmitted to us.
This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand aggregate, anonymous site usage — pages visited, approximate location, device type, and which study features are used (for example, starting practice or finishing a timed test). GA4 may set cookies and process IP addresses as described in Google's Privacy Policy. We do not enable Google Signals, we collect no name or email through analytics, and your practice answers never leave your device.
We may display advertising served by third-party networks such as Google AdSense. These networks may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings and learn more at Google's advertising policies. Where required (for example, for visitors in the EEA/UK), a consent prompt will be shown before non-essential cookies are used.
The free cheat sheet downloads with no email required. If you separately opt in to test-date reminders, we collect only the email address you submit and use it solely to send occasional ACT study and test-date reminders. We use Resend to store that list and deliver the emails. We never sell or share your email, and every message includes an unsubscribe link.
This site is a study resource intended for high-school students preparing for college entrance exams. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
